as the "Gay/Chav Lexus" rear lights are ###### ##### #### ### ####
I know in the USA ( could try Litchfields) they have Red/Smoked coloured Cling Film(but thicker) that really changes the looks, making it far more Palletable. And very hard to notice that they are not different lights IMHO
Also with heat gun can be removed incase you need to sell your Car to a 16 year old Burberry cap wearing Chav
