Brought my STI from them a year ago.

Had some niggles with them during the sale process, mainly due to their accounts department being half asleep, but they looked after me in the end, and even delivered the car to me down in Reading.

Overall seem to know what they are doing, and seem decent enough, certainly not had any issue with the car since I brought it.

Yup, had my hawkeye from them 56 plate new, apart from their lack of how stickers should go they seemed ok, they did sort my problem out after I wrote to the MD & explained they should have got it right lol

All in all they were ok for me, however I would probably not let them work on my car mechanicaly as 'a friend' had engine work done and a few other things under warrenty {used car} they erm didn't do it very well a couple of times.

If you want more info I can try and get him on here with a post.
