Yep, the World Rally Championship has finally started again And this means there will be posts from people partway through the day saying things like "Burns has crashed!!!" and stuff...

So...

Please don't!!

as it spoils it for people who are busy during the day and want to watch the summary coverage (Ch4, 8pm Friday, Sat and Sun nights!). If you want to post about it then (a) do it in the Motorsports forum and (b) please put something like 'WRC Spoiler!' at the start of your posting title.

Not meaning to be preachy (The Right Reverend Bitten Hero?) but please consider those of us who are little too busy to keep track during the day. Ta

Btw if you do want to follow it, look on www.rally-live.com which as live coverage of every stage

Here here! Excellent idea!

As I shall be setting the vid to tape all the coverage (in case I don't get out of the pub early enough ), I'd rather not find out everything that's happened before I get home.

Yeah but how weird is it? Ive just been on SWRT.com to find out the latest happenings, and usually I look for Burn's name to see how Subaru are doing, it was a plesent surprise when I remembered to look for Tommy instead!

All the same it's an excellent idea, especially now rally is on proper telly, hope non of the weekends clash with an F1 weekend or the Mrs will go spare. 'Magine that six hours of motorsport - heaven!

As for 'if you're too busy to keep track, why are you on here' thing... well... do you want me to tell you what happens on EastEnders tonight? (If I were to watch it ) No, of course not. Hearing about it or reading it on e-mail is never the same as watching it properly on TV.
