Hi chaps, pulled away the other day and noticed when i changed gear that the car was idleing at 2800 RPM! this carried on for 30 secs untill i pulled over(and it was still idling at this, switched the engine off and on again and it idled fine from then on till yesterday, when it done the same thing at 1500 RPM even though the car was warm. Turned the engine off and on again and hey presto she was fine.

Anybody experienced this????

MORNING CHAPS-YES I DID HAVE AN IDLING PROBLEM ON MY 97 WRX-WAS IDLING AT 1500-2000RPM EVEN WHEN WARM-HAD IT SERVICED AND THE GARAGE STRIPPED AND CLEANED THE LAMBA SENSOR -NO MORE PROMLEMS - TOCUH WOOD!!!!HOPE THIS HELPS
