Jap performance parts
Just took delivery of a wing i purchased from Jap performance parts after being assured it was in good condition.
On inspection it's covered in scratches, some failed attempts at repairing deep scratches with an off colour paint and chips along every edge.
I'm in two minds to take this to their door and get my money back.
Point is I asked and was told this was in good condition.
What to do??

I've not had any issues with them, got a refund recently for an item that wasn't in stock but I was told it was.
As Moley said, speak to Saj or Jay. I think it's the same with any place, you get good and bad experiences, really depends on the day.

i've bought loads form them and so has my GF and other mates too. never had a problem, all parts have been exactly as described. if they didnt have mint stuff they said and did a discount etc, really cant fault them.
maybe phone them and see what they say rather than complain on here, its not as if you have even contacted them.
