mods i have now=
full decat 2.5"
k&n induction kit
cold air feed
psi3
front mount intercooler
walbro pump
baileys dump valve
oil cooler (auto/triptronic box)
is it worth modding the turbo up pipe and headers, injectors, etc
wanting to get most power i can without any internal work and want it to be reliable everyday car,
my car is a 2001 import bugeye triptronic

I have a TD04 hybrid.
It's an excellent, super responsive, low spooling turbo, which I'd thoroughly recommend. But you won't get 350bhp from it. More likely 300 to 320bhp.
If you are happy with less than 320bhp but with the above positives, then stick with the TD04H - you won't need new injectors or headers, but should fit a fuel pump and an STi intecooler and undertray (instead of the FMIC at this level) are worth while. And yes, you should get a decat up pipe if you dopn't already.
To get a genuine 350bhp you'd need something like a TD05 18G (and perhaps a new gearbox at some stage !). However, a better alternative if you want about that amount of power (nearer 330 to 340bhp), would be a VF35, which has good spool and responsiveness. You would then have to think of getting the STi injectors though and sorted headers.
Choices, choices !

If you just want a solid and very quick spooling 300, go with the TD04 hybrid, if you want 320+ go with the VF35.
All IMHO

will be sticking with me FMIC as i have just fitted it,so am i right in saying go for a tdo4 hybrid as this will spool up faster and prevent turbo lag compared with a vf35,should i still replace the turbo up pipe whilst i am on changing turbo
(already has full decat and walbro pump)

what do you mean by the turbo up pipe kid
youve already decatted it, so do you mean the headers?
as for injecters, if youve got the money go for it you can always do more mods later and they will come in handy
