PRODRIVE LIVE - THe Sequel!!!!!!
#1
After the phenominal success of the first SIDC/Prodrive Live event, we have managed to book the venue again in a couple of weeks.
The event will take place on Saturday January 26th, and like last time will cost just £295, saving over £150 over the retail price when the event is opened to the public.
There are FOUR main activities that take place;
SKID PAN
Drive your own car on the specially prepared surface and learn about car control in slippery conditions. There is also a Vectra equipped with hydraulic rams to use.
TARMAC RALLY STAGE
The highlight for me last time, driving beautifully prepared STi VII's round the superb purpose built tarmac rally stage. Absolutely awesome!
AUTOTEST
Race against the clock in the ultimate test of car control through a very tight and twisty coned course.
4x4 OFF-ROAD
Drive a fantastic Land Rover round the prepared off road course and see what REAL four wheel vehicles are really capable of.
You will also have the chance to drive your car on the high-speed circuit that surrounds the complex, as well as demo drives from ther Prodrive insructors.
From the posts about the last visit, it is clear that it is a superb day out, and is not to be missed.
If you are an SIDC member and would be interested in attending in a couple of weeks, please mail me at stef@sidc.co.uk or call on 07932 317933 to reserve a place. Once your place is confirmed, you can pay by cheque or online in the SIDC shop ( http://shop.sidc.co.uk ). Please do not pay there until your place is confirmed, and there is a 5% surcharge for this method.
Places are limited as we had a lengthy list from last time, so it's first com e first served. I'll answer my phone before I'll check my e-mail.
If you are not a club member then you can pay £320 and this will include your membership fee.
I look forward to seeing you there.
Stef.

Sorry, it takes palce at Prodrives Warwick facility.
Chins.
Any SIDC member is welcome.
Spectators are only allowed as guests of paying attendees, so you can't just turn up and watch unfortunately (but you can maybe get picked up outside ).
Still a few spaces left.
