Main Dealer has broken spoiler !
Had an arrangement with a member of Scoobynet to buy his Prodrive boot spoiler, and the main dealers have broken it taking it off . Do you think they should at least replace it for him so he can still honour our verbal agreement to sell it to me ?
After all thats why we pay such high labour costs.
How the hell can they break a spoiler anyway

The person who owns the spoiler isn't too happy either as you can imagine.
I think the least they should do is give him a new one.

is this the Prodrive Winged looking one.
If so there a ******* to get off. We removed one for a customer and it snapped too. the bottom lets seem to be bonded on. i know a lad from another scooby forum had his replaced by the dealer as his LEDs stopped working and they snapped his as well as he was going to buy it from them.
Im sure the dealer will probaly do the work for free as in way of compensation.
bugger but thats life

I tolk my own own off so as to give the dealer my old low profile spoiler when part ex, it was hard to get off without either bending the boot or snapping the spoiler, but if done carefully and slowly bit by bit, one side at a time it came off fine.
Yese they are bonded with some super sticky double sided suff, ive put mine back on with some selfmade less sticky double side stuff
IMO the dealer should take responsability as that was the work they agreed to do.

Total gits if you ask me. You gotta watch some dealers. My nephew is a manager at jaguars, and someone he knows had their car repaired and then cleaned.
When they got the car back, it was covered in scratches, every single panel.
I mean, what the hell went on there?
Scotty.
