This could and most probably is the wiring under the rear seats, i sell Scoobs and have encountered this several times! If the rear seats have been removed and the flat plastic wiring connector has not been taped flat then it can get crushed causing the positive and negative to touch together. Take out the base of the rear seats, it's only held in with a couple of 12mm bolts, cut the 2 wires before and after the plastic block and rejoin them together and this should solve your problem and best of all it won't cost you any money!! If you are still unsure give me a call on 07810 098199 anytime before 10pm and i'll talk you through it.
Dave.
