Need Big power
Need 650 bhp in the scoob, but have a few questions.
Will fuel consumption be worse, as I would ideally like 28 mpg?
Can I still use Asda unleaded?
Will reliability suffer?
Can I remove or tape up the bonnet scoop as my wife finds it difficult to see over?
I read that the Bugatti Veyron has 4 turbos, could I put 5 in mine?
Thanks guys

That did make me chuckle.......
I remember converting my LCR to 750 bhp with front right wheel drive only... had an amazing turning circle... if you need further info.... just mail me

Mr Bat, I for one applaud you for this post as it is clearly a wind-up, at no ones expense, which genuinely made me giggle......
You got a negative rating, but I am sure even the person(s) rating it so giggled at it.

Thanks people, again for all your thought provoking advice.
A chap mentioned in a wine bar this weekend that adding (m)ethanol (not sure which as I have appalling tinnitus) to the fuel tank would exponentially increase torque across the rev range. I popped into Halfords to enquire and the person behind the counter tried to sell me a Thule roof rack, which I must admit looked nice, but wouldn’t help me in my quest for more oomph.
My question is, can I use commercially produced ethanol in my car and does the alcoholic strength make it faster? I would rather use a high strength lager as this will hopefully produce fizzes and pops from the exhaust?
Many thank again.

Please, if you are going to do this, fit a CockLink as it will save your engine, the planet and give you 60mpg!!
As a side effect, you will look seriously cool to the 14 year olds

Would you be able to perform a 651 bhp conversion on my car and if so how much?

you could try and add a dump valve and a really loud backbox this will get you around 300bhp at least. then add the full de-cat (not for road use) and the induction which should see you over 350, after that you will need to add another turbo and more fuel (which you can put in a boot tank) with another pump, then you would have 2 tanks supplying twice as much fuel

The Thule roof box is to use as a methanol storage tank, just run a tube down to your intake. Advise adding a tap to stop the kids drinking your fuel....
I don't think 650 hp Supras & Skylines manage 28 mpg so you need a diesel really !
Dunx
P.S. My noisy BB gave me an extra 300 hp, but more important it annoys the n0b next door !

Thanks Dunx, it seems Halfords were right I'll be going back tomorrow to order the biggest Thule tank they have.
The chap from the wine bar also suggested cooling. I have dismantled my fridge freezer which has an ice maker, I'm thinking of installing it on the intercooler with a neatly installed cabin "ice maker" button for when I need a super turbo boost. Not sure if "No more nails" is up to the job though.
