Ive got a uk turbo and it takes about half an hour for the plugs to be changed. If its the same set up as mine you will have to take the screenwash bottle out and also the airfilter box to gain access to the plugs. A little awkward. Not sure on the oil change as i get the lads to do it in work, but dont think its that bad. I use ngk pfr6b plugs in mine which ive been told are the best to go for.

Hope this helps and good luck

Oil change is about an hour if you are working on your garage floor. If you have access to a hydrauluc ramp, half an hour should do it.

have a search in the archives, someone recommended a tool which was best for accessing the plugs.
