What version impreza do you have that would help?

As you may need to replace the ecu or get a chip put in it depending on year of car.

down south there is (depends where you are based)
JollyGreenMonster.co.uk (he is wiolling to travel if you pay his travelling fees and plenty of people do)
Alan Jeffery - Engine Tuner

Basically you'll need:
STi8 tmic
TD05 16g or VF34 or VF28 or even a VF35 ( all of these you can get at a resonable price second hand)
Wahlbro fuel pump
Fuel pressure regulator
440 injectors
Full decat including downpipe
Ported headers and uppipe
Then the all important Tek3 remap for your standard ecu

Its a bit of a gamble with turbo's. You can go for a VF35, which have really good spool up; but will run out of puff. Then the VF34; which has not quite as good spool up; but better midrange and top end power. Then the TD05 16g (which I ended up going for!); which has only slightly worse lag than the VF34; but will make the biggest midrange and top end power of the lot. Your choice, I went for the 16g, and am more than happy at about 330bhp.

Also, you dont need 440cc injectors at this power, your car has them standard.

Also, yes, they're all a straight swap.

TD05/06 20G from the likes of Andy Forrest etc should see you well over your 330-350 target.

TD05/6 20g might be a bit laggy though. If you dont want one of the VF range then go for either a TD05 16g or a TD05 18g.
The 16g will run out of puff at about 350-360bhp where as the 18g will run out at around 370-380bhp
Both of these turbos are alot more reliable than the VF range too

Most tuners wil always reccomend you go for the smallest turbo capable of meeting your power needs..... therefore the 18g and 20g would be overkill as they are capable of flowing more than enough air to reach 380bhp and above so for the target you set out at 330-350 the 16g is the one to go for.
