ok guys and girls I am interested to see what mods people have had done to there 06 WRXs . looking into going for more power and I no some of the community on here are pushing 350 BHP so I wanted to see if they are all still running reliable. also an idea of other worthwhile mods would be great from owners rather than people trying to sell there goods.

Ok I will start the ball rolling with what i have so far

Full exhaust with sports cat and afterburner vortex
New fuel pump
STI panel filter
Zen remap
short throw gear

Whiteline rear ARB
Prodrive springs
Prodrive oz 18” alloys
Goodyear F1 eagles (xl)

Ferodo DS2500 pads
braided brake lines
6 Pot ap racing front brakes

Prodrive rear wing
revolution splitter
revolution grill kit
Prodrive WRC mud flaps

Kenwood DVD head unit ????
JLB speakers

ok don’t add the price of that up as I really don’t want to know think I could have been cheaper to buy an sti but I really do believe that my car drives a lot better than a standard sti (if there is such a thing)

looking at what I can do next zen told me that a new turbo and an sti intercooler should make around the 340- 350 ish mark I was also interested in adding a cold air fed induction kit (which is the best) for performance and to add a little more sound to the car which if I am honest is the most enjoyable part of driving the car for me, love the sound of power get a kick out of it even when driving slowly .

any other recommendations ????

hi there, 56 wrx. changes are miltek 3 inch system (decat ), green filter, tdo5 16g, sti top mount intercooler ( off 2.5 sti ) and then a remap at zen. ( all parts fitted at zen ) . had a dyno run at powerstation and it made 340 x 340. done 10000 or so since changes and no probs. will be contacting paul at zen soon for more advice on what to do next and hopefully obtain more power.

scooby2.5, how do you find the lag on the 16g comapred to the old one?
I have the exact same spec as was wondering if i should fit the 16g i have sat here.

looks good mate same as my wrx but without the revolution splitter
revolution grill kitwhich i think finish the car off

hi tuts, sorry its late. not really noticed much lag. making 1 bar of boost in 4th gear at 2600 revs.
