Default Lowering emmisions

Not a scooby, my dads colt, what's the quickest way to lower emmisions?

I think he's already tried the italian tune up, any other options?

His car isn't throwing a cel so i doub't the lambda has failed, or has it?

Thanks, he's taken it to a bosch specialist and he too suspects it's the lambda

Cheers.
