Run out model - WRFX GB270
Anyone seen this in Evo mag?
Looks like a hell of a bargain and a very good car. 266bhp, lowered, 18" alloys, and more or less a PPP pack for £22k.
And yes, they even so a wagon version - Woo hoo!

Saw one in Cheam motors this lunchtime (4 door) looks nice but I'm not a fan of the grill mesh, would prefer it to be black rather than the chrome effect

Greenwoods have one in Manchester. In blue, fully loaded, comes to around 27k. For that money you could have an sti, so why bother? It is after all just a wrx with some bolt on parts from the catalogue.
Even has the same interior as the rb320. So, get yourself a black sti, get the aftermarket rb320 suspension, throw all the bits out of the catalogue at it, and you have a "special edition" impreza.

And an STi is just a sport with some bolt on parts.
I've liked most of the special editions (maybe not the UK300), the GB looks great I think and will be a bit better to live with on a daily basis than an STi.
It's not cheap by the time you've added extras like the cow skin and satnav, but it's pretty rare and it will have less depreciation than a standard WRX.
I do think the wagon is the one to have though, a bit more discrete and less of them being made.

Sorry to but in here, but there's a GB270 Saloon at my local dealer (where i work for at the weekend).
I have to say, it's rather nice.
Sorry for the absolutely **** poor pictures, I really should take my proper camera in one day.
Very nice. Although, the RB320 which is another 2 cars along is much much more impressive.

I am considering a GB270, never owned an Impreza but they wont let me testdrive the one in the dealership. I had a shot in a WRX and it was good but needed more power and tighter chassis. Don't want to make an expensive mistake!
