Yes thats right. A excellent reputation of "no Customer sevice or Contact"
Fair Enough he may have parts that are cheaper than others in some cases but so would i if i was working from my basement, no overheads, No staff, daytime job.Etc.
It makes you wonder why so many repuatable outlets are struggling with retail when theirs so many internet/mailorder basement operators ruining it for the genuine tuning shops who provide a good all round service and cant hide when a order goes wrong.
Well, thats my rant over. As you can see i have been pissed of by too many E-bay and mail order sellers who i cant even get to blast over the phone!! AAARGGHHH .

Scott Lawson [ flat four online ] works from the lounge of his mums house. He is notoriously difficult to contact away from his preferred [ anonymous?] Email system.

Well everything is all sorted now and the parts are paid for and on there way! I've used them before and never had a problem, hes done me a very good deal. I would have rather spoke to him on the phone for pure ease! But we got everything sorted in the end!
thanks, for the help any way peeps!

Mixed feelings about Flat4Online, yes the prices are cheap / competitive - and I admire Scott the guts to set his own business up.
But the lack of telephone number / rubbish response from emails - all saying the same thing - "will get it in a few days / Its held up at customs" - Which I guess is just a standard reply to all emails to buy time, Is pretty poor in my eyes.
Would I use them again - NO ! But I hope that Scott learns from these comments and takes the next step forward.

I dont think its Scott that needs to learn from these comments. Its his Mum.
I believe she,s the brains behind (Flat Four Online) and doing the emails while Scott is at school, college or whatever he does through the day.
