Hi People

Seem to be having problems getting onto Sidc just now ( well for the last week), every time a type it into the computer its now coming up with a new box asking for my user name and password, both of which i know, and it wont let me login any more.

Just what it is asking me
The server www.sidc.co.uk at SIDC Site offline for upgrade requires a username and password.

Warning: This server is requesting that your username and password be sent in an insecure manner (basic authentication without a secure connection).

Has anybody else had the same problems or is it just me? Never had this before

"SIDC Site offline for upgrade" - there's a clue in the title there.

There was plenty of posts up to say it was going offline yesterday to be upgraded. SIDC 2.0 contains the latest progress reports.

Yeah but i havnt been able to get in for 6-7 days, just seeing if any one else was of that long aswell.

It's been working fine. Keep checking that other site and when it's back up everything will be great as the new system is much better than the last.

SIDC has been working fine for the last week. Since 4pm yesterday it has been down due to them upgrading to version 2.0

The new site will be up and running within a few days. For info on the changeover CLICK ME
