How do you remove the front bumper?

Subjetc sez it all - Some swine has left me a little present in the car park - fortunately just a few minor scratches that Halfords car care should polish out, but the bumper has been pushed back, most noticeably on the drivers side, in front of the wheel arch. I'm presuming that if the bumper is removed, some adjustment can be made to rectify the problem.
Advice/help PLEASE!!!!!!!
Thanks in advance.

Howdy..
Sorry to hear it
There are two vertical bolts underneath the bumper.. by the towing eyes
You have to remove your sidelights and headlights and grill, then remove all the plastic clips
There are two vertical bolts just infront on the front wheels which hold the bumper up onto the wing (they are shouldered and allow movement in the bumper). They are hidden behind the inner plastic wheel arch
There are also two bolts that are horizontal, which too are hidden behind the plastic inner wheel arch. Down a few inches fromt he vertical ones.
Thats it.
Simple
Hope it helps

ScoobyDoo555,
I'd advise you to give the Wizard of Wax a call, and use his stuff, I had a scrape down the passenger side (if I find the person, I will hurt them a lot!), he sorted it with one of his products. obviously his wax can't remove dents though, well not yet anyhow
cheers, Alex

Hi,
The bumper fits onto a metal bumper carrier, it is probably this that has been squashed in a little. Insurance companies just replace them as standard, but with a little time you should be able to re-shape the end to match the good side.
