aplied to my windscreen with water like i always do this one peels of any idears to keep it on

Sounds knackered to me or your windscreen was dirty before the strip was applied

to apply any decal the surface must be clean and free of any grease or chemicals.

or maybe the adhesive on the decal is no good.

either way you need to take it off and get a new one and start again
