On my merry way down to Kent tomorrow in the very early AM.

Anyone give me any areas to watch out for floods wise?

I can`t see you having any problems at all, Its the A2 which is clear then through the Dartford tunnel and M25 then M1, M6 and onto the M62. None of the motorways are affected from what i have seen.

Personally I'd go on the M62, M6, M1 then the M25. Over the bridge is better than using the tunnels, as the other bloody cars come straight at you in there. Then hang a left at jnc 2 onto the A2.

AFAIK there's no problems from the M25 onwards. Have a look on the AA travel pages to check about the first part of the journey.
