Why is it when I click on my "Find more posts by bob r" a box appears that says "you do not have permission to access this page"

 

Is it not tied into the "new" regime, whereby you need to be a member and pay £5, or £10 to be able to use "search"? One payment, for life, btw...........

Yes thats correct

find more posts by Bob r uses the search engine, so you need one of the new member options, a fiver for 10 years

You can use the google search option for free and just type in your name

 

I have never had a single complaint about S/Net but I don't like the sound of this.

Why charge money to search.

 

Just start using the other Subaru forums instead of paying £5 to use this one.

At least with the others you don't have to put up with idiots like pslewis etc,they don't allow it and they don't charge anything !

 

you get a bigger pm box too, plus a blue name, plus search plus you get to change your Scooby Regular tag to whatever you want within reason

But it also shows a commitment to scoobynet that you have been using the services and will continue to use the services, and will be around for a while

its only a fiver but its for 10 years, so very good value in my book

Surely the money saved on bandwidth by banning pslewis and his 86 alter egos would pay for us all to search anyway..
