LT54 XVA Dark Grey Audi, look out!!
She cant drive, and when she hits your car will just simply drive off.
Tonight coming thru Vauxhall, she swerved over into my lane, ignoring me sounding my horn, smacked into my car hitting the mirror in and marking it, folding hers in in the process, and simply drove off. Even when I pulled up behind her at light and gestured to stop, she simply changed lanes and drove off.
Thankfully the damage to the car has Scratch X'ed off, but for god sakes....!! At least stop or apologise.
For everyones reference... this is the car. And if you know her, or where I can contact her, bonus!
PS, nope, im not having much luck!! lol

lol im considering that, but am starting to feel like a habitual insurance claimer or just a complete victim lol
I might pop up there in the morning or report it over the phone. Just a whole load of paperwork for not a lot to be done with.
With regards to the actual offence. Thats the bit that bites, she has NO idea what damage she has caused to my car, and seems uninterested!

I work for an Audi dealership so can get the details of the car and the customers name but not address due to the protection data act malarki, if thats any help.
So you could put loads of posters up of the car and owners name around Vauxhall if you want.

Woody, dont worry mate, I didn't operate any sort of phone while driving
lol as for my insurance, no claims have been made, and im hoping that wont be the case either, however.... if I need it, thats what its there for I guess.
Public transport.......... those big red things !!! Are you MAD !!

lol I dont think this was about a group of people who drive a particular marque, more some snotty nosed woman who clearly thinks she is above stopping for an accident.

Just spoken to the local plod
Popping down the nick in a few hours time to report it
Not expecting much to happen, but would be nice to know that her activities are on record though

Regardless of if she didnt know she had done it (driving without due care) or didnt think it was worth stopping for (leaving the scene of an accident) such behaviour should not go unpunished. Especially as its people of her social sector that frown on the rest of society
As for kicking her doors in.... its a good thought, but would end up with me being nicked lol.... Sadly no dark or secluded roads along the way.

why isnt it that straight forward!
surley you can demand they go and see her!
failing that get all your freinds to ring in and complain about her!
after about ten complaints theyve got to have a word

lol its just not mate. This is the UK, where the victim is to blame and the person who caused the issue in the first place is compensated
Serious though. IF it came to anything and was followed up then I would hope she would get punished for it. BUt the likelyhood is it will be filed, or a standard issue letter will be sent, with no planned follow up.
Personally if it goes on the record, I will be happy enough, but agree she should learn a lesson.

The police will do nothing to the other party. I had damage to my car, followed the bloke to his house, gave his address, reg number and details of what happened to the police.
Their reply? "What do you want us to do about it"
If you turn up in the station with evidence you was holding a mobile phone whilst in control of a motor vehicle, they will defo nick you though.
I'd think about it for a bit if I was you.

I was pulled over to take the pic at a light, engine off, waiting for her to stop
Besides, anyone else in the car could have taken the picture.
Its not being used for evidence anyway, was just for my memory and my reference
its all reported, pretty sketch drawn etc. Cost me £8 though... had to go into congestion zone to the nearest nick lol.
