Again mine was promised for today, and again it has not arrived.
I called them and they say that all the people that know anything about the shipping are at the factory sorting out getting this weeks orders out.
I have now left 2 messages today for someone to call me and tell me if it is going to turn up this week.
Aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaargh. For something that was supposed to ship in October, this takes the p1ss, as they have never once called me, i always have to call them.

Not looking good over here either........
It's just taking the p*ss now, not very good customer relations if they don't bother to contact people to let them know that there is another delay.

I was on the verge of buying one this month .... rather glad I decided to wait !

Mine was due today, but did not arrive, i called them but they are using a call centre to answer all calls who say they have been told to say all employees are in the factory to try and get the orders out!!!!!!!!!!

I have ordered one....and it was due to be shipped...but to be honest it doesn't bother me either way...i.e. if it turns up before or after Xmas...
However I would advise that I got a very nice call (good customer services) from the company concerned, apologising for the delay and problems, promising to get the units out asap...
...as I'm not bothered when it turns up I suggested that they concentrate on getting the more urgent orders out prior to mine...
I still have my order with them and I look forward to receiving it as and when it turns up
