Default Alloy Radiator Fabricator

Does anyone know of a good Alloy fabricator to replicate a radiator from an original Ford RS200.

The original one has sprung a couple of leaks, so a new duplicate is needed.

Any pointers appriciated.

Thanks for the offer, but its not mine, its a mates car.

Plus there is quite a few holes apparently, so once on is plugged, another will appear. Thats why he is looking for a new one.

Thanks again for the offer though.

I wasn't suggesting you were a "chimp", but i was slightly confused because as far as i was aware the RS200 only came as a 1.8 apart from the limited edition 2.1 Evolution. So not sure what you meant by the 2.0 and 2.4.

Just didn't want you to think that I meant an RS2000.

Of course i am interested in what you have as the RS200 which needs the radiator replacing is a 1.8.

i wasnt being funny but you do get "chimp" Q&A's but i was just letting you know that i know what im on about

Yes they do, the branch at Hayes in Middlesex is the motorsport branch, give them a ring, they should be able to help.

I know a race car fabricator based in Essex mate, also an RS200 specialist.

Let me know if you get stuck.

Your best bet is to get it sent away for replication with a proper rad place. I can recommend Docking at silverstone, and AH fabrications, I guess others can do a good job, but I know these two will.
