for those who like the new impreza saloon
was looking the other day in a car mag, and found a car, which looks like the new impreza.
see for yourself: Honda City: Color
it is a cheap car made for the chepar markets and looks pretty much as the new Impreza saloon
So I figured if there is anybody who would buy the new impreza saloon, I could save them some money

No, despite being a classic owner, I've driven several new age cars and I'm more than happy to admit that things have moved on significantly in some respects, especially with regard to ride quality and refinement. However, performance and handling....... I'd argue no, in fact, it's probably gone the other way marginally, certainly with the WRX. Comparions with Sti are not really possible as there was no classic UK STi.
Anyway, that aside, the new one just looks like a "nothing". You see it, and with the exception of the well integrated bonnet scoop, are utterly uninspired/unmoved by it.
Like or loate the previous models, at least they generated a reaction, with the new one, it's not that it's ugly so much as it's just dull!!
I don't know what Subaru are playing at: Scoobies appeal to a demographic that don't mind if the car looks a bit outrageous. In fact, they like it that way!!! If they wanted subtle looks and performance, they'd get a BMW or Audi!!
Subaru's and Evos are supposed to wear their performance credentials: that's the whole point!!
