Scenario is -

JDM STi MY03 - Lightly Modified

In 6th gear, doing about 60-65, then I floor it in 6th, puts it under very heavy load at around 2.5-3k revs, then soon as I floor it, the revs jump up by about 1000 as if something is slipping, then it goes back to normal,

so the revs dont match the engine speed -

I have never had this problem before when putting the car under strain, so why is it doing it now?

Clutch? Gearbox? Sighghghggh

Any answers?

sounds like your clutch may be on its way out.

Get it sorted soon before your flywheel needs replacing as well
