can someone tell me if a MY05 STI should have the front strutbrace from new as standerd part on the car

I thought they were all OME on uk Sti's.

Well mine hasn't got one. And I'm pretty sure I'm not alone.

I was under the impression that UK STI's didn't/don't have front strut braces, but all JDM cars except RA's have them as standard.

Which RA's?? Classic or Newage? A Newage Type RA will have one fitted as standard from the factory.

Okay - I'm corrected, I didn't think any of the RA's came with them. -

The new STI Spec C Type RA-R Special Edition Banana Fritter doesn't have one though does it?

keeping in mind the rest of the junk I've written tonight.. but..

From most of the things I've seen on here most people say that the newage shell is rigid enough as it is, and there are better/more noticable ways of spending £100+ on suspension/chassis mods. Obviously Subaru fit them for a reason.. but..
