Just done mine chuck... heres all the info... (posted on sheffieldscoobys.co.uk

Basically followed all the guides and added a couple of steps

Bits required...
Oven
Plastikote Black (Satin/Gloss/Matt??) Silcone Sealant (Clear)
Yellow and Silver paint for bulbs.. Plastikote Enamel
Remember bolts behind grill and to mask up the wings to stop scratches.

Guides

I would recommend 60 degrees celsius in a fan oven for 10 mins
PP/ABS may start to get a bit soft any higher, and it is just the mastic you want to soften...
When sticking the bits back together..I heated up the old mastic with a heatgun, then siliconed and pushed together...and a bit more silicone..
Also, be sure to try an pull the light apart square...I broke a tab on the chrome insert when pulling apart..
