Red face Speeding!

Hi all, been done speeding in the works van! 38 in a 30!
Been driving for 20ish years and have never got any points, ive been driving all manner of fast cars and i get done by a mobile camera in the works van!

Are there any hints and tips to get away without points for this offence?

Yes i know dont bloody speed in the first place.

And then i get pulled for a small front number plate on the Scoob! £30 fine!
I think i am on a slippery slope now.

Why try and get away with it? Take it like a man you mahoosive girls blouse . You got caught... Do the crime, do the time...

People who get caught doing wrong and then try to wriggle out of it make me sick . It's what is intrinsically wrong with society today...

Grrrrrrrrrrr

I would seriously swallow it, its not gonna affect your insurance to an extent worth worrying about.

I got off lightly on the motorway and ended up with 3 pts and £60, and got tugged in a Smart car of all things for 67 in a 40

Both are due off my licence now, so no biggy.

Do they still do that 'first offence you go to a training day' thing and avoid the points?
I think it costs more as you have to pay for the day but if you're that bothered about the points........

as others have said, if there wasnt clear indication that theres speed cameras (ie signs) where you got caught, there is a loop hole websites like pepipoo can exploit. but ditto if there was indication and you still got caught... take it like a man i guess.

not trying to take sides here, see it from both angles.
