There have been a few who have been ripped off but its very rare, its also not advisable to "air dirty washing" on the forum until you have found a way to resolve it/speak to webmaster etc but basically not much you can do
Hope you get it sorted soon though

im a fairly new member on here just wanted to know if anyothers have been ripped off and to add a serious caution to all people considering buying no offence to Scooby net as they have no control over the adds or who is on here ive enjoyed being part of the site but have learnt the hard way.

I'm a lawyer specialising in these type of civil disputes. Depending on circumstances, you may have cause for recompense.

Could you give an outline of the transaction? It may be worth persuing.

As long as you buy off people who post a lot and have a good post count you should be safe. I just sent a member who I have never met £500. He has a post count of over 3000, posts every day and has been a member since 2003 so I feel pretty safe. Just do your home work before parting with your hard earned.

It's not ethical for me to hand out my practice's contact details based on hearsay. It could look like I'm soliciting business.

I understand what you mean but no hear say is involved I have first hand conversations written signed evidence, names, addresses witnesses and a final report of what could of turned into a loss of life/lives situation, im not stopping at just being ripped off, as ive typed above it would of resulted in fatality so others need to be very cautious.

To me, SN is great club. I, and, several thousand members feel this way.

If you have been wronged ( I have no doubt that you have) and, you have challenged the member, and got no satisfaction, the SN Team are the people to take this up.

Good luck to you, from what you are inferring, this needs to be addressed and, sorted.

The only thing I can say ( and I am not a lawyer) you have to be careful what you say and write.

Best of luck.

Just be cautious about public posts on these matters.
