Default Cost of WRX spoiler as option?

Anyone know what they charge for a spoiler as an option on an 07 WRX? Can you get the STI spolier, old WRX one, or the small "lip" spoiler that I've seen in some pics? Can't see anything on the web-site, just that a spoiler is available as an option, no prices. Cheers.

STI one is about £800, WRX one is about £370. I've got WRX one sitting in my garage in WR blue if u want one.

Taking the standard 'medium' spoiler off MY07 WRX this week. Only a week old. Urban grey (45A paint code).

Getting STi8, £300 from DR Motorsport.

£20 p&p to mainland UK. Waited around 2 weeks due to a slight backlog which he is working through. Apparently had guys in at weekends. New 07 plates and the lower EU import prices to buy have increased his replica spoiler orders. Seen a few that he has done on other cars and look like a top job.

What are this spoilers like to fit to a standard WRX bootlid? I would imagine you would have to fabricate quite a few holes, certainly not a job for a DIY'er on an 07 car ??

DRM spoilers use the 4 existing WRX holes and some double sided tape, easy job but due to the size is better with 2 people.

Agree with you there. Dead easy with 2 people, unless it's the missus !!!

I assume you need 2 people to help stick the spoiler into place, as i wouldn't think the spoiler weighed that much? Whats the fit like with these spoilers? Does it flush with the bodywork and line up with the holes properly?

Surely a dealer will include a spoiler as part of the "deal". All the Motor Depot etc imports seem to have spoilers on. That said, I think the spoilerless look is pretty cool as well.

I've got a DRM spoiler, excellent quality and paint.
Given the boot lid will be in the open position when you fit it, the spoiler is now at 90deg, so it's a lot easier to have someone help hold the spoiler in position while you fit the nuts and washers.

Its best to have 2 people so as not to damage the boot with the bolts poking out of he bottom of the spoiler, and to line it all up before the double sided tape sticks everything together, one attept only so need to get it right. Fit is really good, I don't think its as good as an OE spoiler but as neer as dam it.
