I've got a H&S 4.5inch BB and de-resonated centre section, sounds great not too loud, my 14 month old lad sleeps in the back no problems.

Had just the BB at first and was a little quiet.

Can recommend scoobysport 3.5 inch exit or the Hayward and Scott 3.5inch (It's almost identical) looks good with rolled lip and sounds lovely without being loud. See the one Gaz-wrx has for sale. I had a 4.5 inch jap style when I bought it and it was lovely, but too loud for 5am starts and too intrusive on motorway.
