I was wondering if anyone could recommend a backbox for maximum " Scoobyness"
Don't want a full decat etc for warranty reasons but would like that boxer rumble.

The Back Box replacement will bring back some scooby rumble

but may still be a bit too quite ;') the rear resonator box (looks liek a snake thats swallowed a large book ) really reduces the noise

So may be better to look for a Cat back system

I did that on my Sti7 and it got boost spikes so had to take it off. Will the WRX be the same ? Come to think of it I did that on my 8 also .

I changed mine to a TSL back box and TSL deresonated pipe and the burble is well and truley back, in fact I would say its better than my old MY04 that had a prodrive back box. TSL MOTORSPORT | Subaru Mitsubishi Peugeot Classics | parts | repair | servicing | performance tuning | UK . Back box £175 and deres section £100. Good value I thought. (Dealer should be ok as your not messing with the cats)

Done a Hayward and Scott one there recently. Back box only and sounds sweet

Got a ninja from subaru impreza parts from scoobyworld, suppliers of high performance products for your Subaru on mine and it sounds the dogs on wind up..like aloud growling sound at 4k and above but nice and sensible below 4k
