MY00 UK Turbo 2000
Just after a bit of advice. Got a MY00 UK turbo 2000 in subaru blue with all STi body parts, bit of engine tuning (ECU re-map, de-cat exhast, forge dump valve and white line suspension).
A full Subaru Service History, 76,000 miles on the clock.
What sort of price should I be looking to sell this for?

Been offered £6800 for my MY99. (View my scooby) But I love it so much I can't part with it.
If it is a straight car, with lots of history/receipts, no nasty bumps or scuffs on the body work, i'd say £6500.

So I've got a MY00 T2000 UK car in good condition, standard spec, full Subaru service history, I'm only the second owner, the car has 70K miles on it so wondering what it might be worth. It's in the dark metallic blue colour with of course the standard silver alloys.

The edge of the driver seat is slightly worn as to be expected and exterior a few little marks on the rear bumper. Don't plan to sell the car the in the near future but how standard does a car have to be to get the best price for it. It does have a slight modification as in a magnex exhaust system fron 1st cat back and thats the only one. No remaps, gold wheels, aftermarket dump valves, extra bodywork etc, apart from the exhaust which I only done to enjoy the Scooby burble is the only way the car is non standard.

Maybe mine isn''t for sale then if that's all they are worth.
Wouldn't clear half the debt I'm in, so can't see the point of letting it go when it's cost me £38,000 over the last four years lol..
Oh well.

why do so many spend so much on their mods on a car tho.. new this new that.. new wheels, new FMIC, pods etc, xorts.. etc etc if you can sell a car with all thoses extras.. its as if ppl won't touch them with a barge pole if ppl have 'modded' it. But how many cars are still std these days?

People don't mod them to sell, well I don't.
I mod it to get out of the car what I want.
i.e, more speed.
who gives a toss what the resale value is.

yep, i did my car up cus its what i wanted from it
to me a looked after car.. with mods already done makes a 'cheaper' buy as your not having to start on it all over again
