I saw a light blue one on Saturday on the M1 (south of Sheffield) pull over an old Sierra Cosworth. All unmarked with blue lights in the rear window.

With regards to the one in derby they have had that for a while my mate has seen them stop some one in west hallam quite a few weeks ago.

I saw a silver evo 8 with a low level spoiler around this area too, on Saturday - had some weird looking black mesh (like a pull up blind) in the back window presumably to hide the lights...
