Well I watched her go on Saturday....Someone will be very lucky......

Will I go back to Subaru ownership? probably not.......

The next toy is being built and refined and should have it within the next 3 weeks.......

The main problems with owning a Subaru?
Fed up with the boy racer image.......
Everyone wanting to have a go no matter from what age-group......from the ford st's to the old boys in their jags......
Yes you can try to just smile and let them go on their merry way but it's a shame about the others that decide to sit in your boot and cut you up just because they want to prove "I'm a better driver than you......"

Fair enough my next step is going to be louder and more "in yer face" but at least I won't see that many around.....

tbh the best car ive had so far was my old cavalier gsi 2000, it was quick and handled like it was on rails, owned it for 3 yrs and never let me down once, i did some mods o it, not to everyones taste but each to there own and wanted to make it diff, havent had the scoob for long enough so cant count that yet.

As far as i was aware subaru didnt fit those god awfull rear lights and the mail order decals. each to his own but you moan about the undesirables trying to race and the subarus '' boy racer image'' when you had blatantly applied these unsavoury add ons and made it look like it belonged to a cap wearing drug dealer.

I think you have to come to your own decisions, but if you are going to make your car look a bit different, whether that means classy, boy racer, drugs dealer, chavvy or whatever, then you should be able to put up with the idiots who try and get a race out of you. Especially when you end up selling your car because of them!

I am pro subaru yes..do i drive one? no. i have and i know their shortcomings..i also know when you stick crap lights on and cheap decals they become even more of a target for the mcdonalds warriors.

now im guessing triple is getting another performance car..and from what i have read it may be a maxda rx7..or something just as fast/alluring to anyone with a need to prove their 1.4 can beat it. so are you going to sell up when jimmy mcballsweat drives up your chuff?? if you dont like attention..get a hyundai.

The scoob, unfortunately is more common on the road and the older versions are getting cheap enough for every "drug dealer" to own so due to this, you get more (and sometimes agressive) attention....luckly not many people would recognise a Rex.........so maybe you should get the Hyundi? or maybe you already have and that explains the chip on your shoulder?
