i know when they first got popular they were a must have but lately i have noticed that people cant wait to get rid of them.............
just curious

LOL a bit chav NOW? They always WERE chav on anything except a Clio Williams! IMHO of course. You couldn't pay me to have gold wheels on my Scoob.

Yep totaly agree.But before the mass slaughter starts It's all about personal prefrence,and personalising to your own tastes.Suppose thats why we have so many different styles and colours to do what we see fit.

was thinking of having mine refurbish in Cosmic Black
they are Compomotive MO's and are currently gold in need of refurbing
oh and mine came with gold wheels on

i have gold speedlines on my 555 sti as it was intended to be ! so i guess those prodrive guys and colin mcrae are chavs too !!

Chavs are the bottom end of the ladder,tree, scale whatever and they want fast cars.
Classic scoobies are cheap. Cheap fast car are getting picked up by chavs

If it's blue then the rims should be gold, any other colour then graphite is the way forward imho

I bought mine with gold wheels and must admit I'm not massively fussed on them, but I can't see them from the drivers seat so don't really give a crap! If I was that fussed about how it looked, or my image, I wouldn't be driving a scoob!

i sold some of those just recently to a Romanian couple for their Toyota, they were only 15"
