Default Mods or New Scooby

Im not sure if i should spend on a newer scooby or mod my03 WRX with prodrive pack fitted. I have about £3000 grand cash and its burning a hole in my pocket. What will i be able to get car wise or how far can i mod mine with the money i have.

To be fair, if I had 3,000,000 burning a hole in my pocket, I would set my sights a bit higher than a scooby, even one with a PPP.

If I were you I would sell your car and put the money towards something like this...

You could be the proud owner of this minter!

The power of this car is awsome with zero turbo lag due to the twin scroll! Plus it is fully loaded with lots of toys!!!

You could never mod your car to this spec for that money - this car for sale is the steal of the century!!!

Totally agree. Not sure i will get enough for mine in the short space of time. By the sounds of it he should keep it.

I keep telling him to keep it, but he has other commitments which have forced his hand on this one... such a shame coz its gotta be the best Scooby I've ever had the good graces to ride in and work on... totally mint car - its gotta be seen!

Ask mr bank manager if he'll lend you a couple of quid? Honestly chap, you wont believe how good this car is!

Do you like the WRX? Would you like/Could you live with something harder, rawer, noiser less refined? If so, sell the WRX and get an STi.

If you like the WRX but just want more, then 3000 will get you a stage 2 upgrade that will seee you to a comfortable 320bhp maybe a bit more and leave you a bit of cash for some handling upgrades too.

Have a word with David at APi and tell him you're interested in an NS04 conversion!!

Yes, David, I took the liberty of re-naming after me! Catchy eh!!

Ns04

This JDM STi is pushing 350bhp/355lb and I sware its frighteningly quick!

Inside and out its mint with full DEFI gauges, fully electronic adj ssupension, an HKS Hiper exhaust system which sounds better than any Scooby exhaust I've ever heard... the list goes on and gets even more mouth watering...

Its worth over £15k as most will agree, but if you make him an offer close to that you may end up being the new owner... or rather proud father coz you'll never wanna sell her afterwards I guarantee it!

Depending on where abouts in the country you are have a chat with the lads down at Scoobyclinic with that kind of cash I'm sure they could do you a deal or two, plus they advise you what best for you.
That would be my destination anyway.

I agree, if you can get that Dreams' JDM £15k, you're not far off that now with your money and will get the best car you can get for your money.

Otherwise, if you like the STi in general, a TSL333 03 STi or similar should be in your sights. Mind you, £3k will buy a lot of mods.

Me, i'd go JDM.
