..to disconnect the front or rear wheels, and just run 2WD. 4WD is so boring from a driving perspective - I want some rear-out fun or something like that. I know someone who did it on a Cavalier GSI 4x4, but have no idea about my Scooby

No you can't do that.

But you can get the turbo disconnected so it drives more like other cars.
