see http://www.newagemotorsport.co.uk for full information on the product.

As usual, the top blokes that run New Age have agreed to a great deal on these little beauties.... festive cheer and all that!

The DVs usually cost £149.00

If I can get ten of you orrible lot together, they will sell these to us at £129 each - which is not too bad

These are top-quality items, not you usual melting rubbish.

Please mail me if you are interested.

Cheers

Paul

Paul Habgood

Nothing whatsoever!

Its only useful for modified cars.....

I'd have one but the one I saw needed extensive modification, as it leaked badly...

steve, dont mean to be rude but can you explain your experiences to us exactly on the board please and let craig and steve answer to them.

In all my time in the scooby community I have never dealt with fairer and kinder people. Customer service from craig (who I have deaqlt with mostly) has been excellent. Each time (well over 20) that I have been told something has been sent, it has arrived like clockwork the next day. I fail to see how their service can actually be much better.

This doesnt take into account the credit I was given with no references. I tried to settle my account many times but craig would not allow me until every item I had ordered was sent to me, even though he had trusted me with >£300 worth of stock. Some people make consider that foolish, but I did not let him down and in the process I now think far higher of him and nam.

Admittedly I have never had cause to phone them at work as all my orders have been handled via the net, but if it gets the job done I see no reason why I shouldnt continue that way.

I agree with Adam, the boys at NAM are good people. They may be a little hard to get hold of at times, but service is good and the products arrive quickly.....

Oh, one other thing - F8CK off and argue on someone elses thread!

Cheers

Well

I've responded and had nothing bounce back on me! - I'll send again - not that it'll achieve anything...

Adam

Pay for new gear. (Get told that one item will be off Craigs car as he has not had the part on from APS the supplier - good and considerate)

Then when the stuff arrives you find that most of it is second hand gear off Craigs car... and some bits poor

Then Craig says he'll sort it out... but nothing ever happens... and of course its never possible to get through - mails get sent.. phone messages get left.. you eventually get somewhere after a few weeks - and dont worry mate its being sorted... and you wait and nothing ever arrives......

Thats why I'm so hacked off and having paid all up front

I guess I'll just have to take it up with a solicitor and see what they think!

I generally stay quiet, but given its now been a few months - its enough

you what?

I can tell you are irate mate, just chill out. Your problems are obviously with NAM, sort it out with them, don't bother airing your dirty washing on the BBS, you will just come across as a tw*t.

I can tell you now, you will gain nothing at all by calling me a w*nker.

No your right, sorry

I'll keep my opinions off this thread and others

I'll just give my 'honest' opinions to people when they ask me personally

I'm sure NAM are ok - at least Craig is fairly knowledgeable - albeit he has a slow car.

Just wish things could be sorted out prior to be having to start a slag off session!

steve you dont ever have to start off a slag off session, but thanks for explaining it makes it clearer to understand your grievances.

It sounds to me like a fault of aps as a supplier letting them down.

I guess you are going to have to expect it to be second hand if it is coming off craigs car. Either that or wait for aps to pull their fingers out.

My side of the story.....

Steve ordered an FMIC kit from us. We had one in stock which had what i thought was 1 damaged main pipe. We had a shipment due in from APS which had this replacement pipe in it. Steve booked his car into Steve Lawson to have it fitted. There were a few delays as usual fom APS and if we had waited for this pipe, i believe Steve Mc would've missed his window to have it installed by Steve L and then remapped. So I offered to remove the one from my car - undamaged and about 4 weeks old, so Steve could go ahead with the install and when the replacement pipe was delivered to me, i would send it down to steve so he could swap it over. During this time of course, my car was but undriveable, but I was more keen to keep Steve happy.

When I was packaging up the FMIC after having removed my pipe, i noticed the other pipe was also damaged - like it had been cut - it was not leaking and would probably have been ok, but I didn't want to chance it and removed my other pipe and sent that - better safe than sorry I thought....

The final bit was the induction kit - as we hadn't had delivery from APS, the only option was, guess what, mine. So this was removed and all sent to Steve Lawson with a covering letter for Steve Mc outlining what he had received and why - with the promise the parts of my car would be replaced with new items when they arrived.

No problems or anything were reported and I received a mail from Steve Mc a few days later stating that the FMIC was looking good and the email was positive in general with no grievances at all.

We eventutally received the pipe and induction kit, and i did forget to send it off straight away, but after Steve Mc phoned and queried where they were, I packaged them up and sent them via Business Post.

about 5 weeks later, this happens - I get a message from Steve Mc on my mobile - asking to give him a call - he didn't leave a number as he assumed I still had it - which I didn't - his number was not displayed. I think this was on a thursday/friday. Then these snidey comments go up on the BBS, I email Steve querying it and asking why if it his replacements haven't been received, why has he left it this long to say anything. His reply was he assumed it hadn't been sent! So I get on to business Post, who we have had quite some problems with recently, to find out what's going on.

I mailed Steve about this, stating if it had been lost we would be placing an order with APS this week and would get another set of replacements for him and whatever happened it would be sorted. I left it that when i had an update, I would let him know.

Then I get more snidey comments, comments about me being dodgy and running a ddgy comapany and comments about bringing the boys down to the RR meet with baseball bats......

There has been a problem I don't and won't deny that - and I'm trying to get it sorted - but I can't move time and leaving something this long before an issue is made, has made it more the worse.

I think this should be the end of this post - I don't want it deleted - if Steve wants to publicly slate me then that's fine - I'm not perfect, but most of you who know me, know that if i say something is done, it's done.
I just apologise for not having control over everything.....
