Cars aren't worth diddly these days ................. the deals you can do, compared to just a few days ago, are amazing - you think they are throwing them away.........but, there are cars as good as the Impreza these days - and the Impreza isn't as well equiped as its competition.
£1500 for a running Impreza is about as low as they can get - so, no surprise there either.

£13k for a Wagon with 150k miles on it?
You've been done up like a kipper mate. You could get a 03 STI with average mileage for that money.

hassle free, old car goes new one arrives, fully serviced with warranty, no mucking around trying to sell old one and buy new one, to him that is worth a lot
the 'LS' model does that make it worth anymore?!

read that the wrong way round, thought he'd baught both pmsl
sounds like he got a good price for his wagon, but still think he piad slightly high for the new one. scoobs arn't selling at min so prices tend to be lower than trader.

Maybe he meant SL not LS. I just bought a WRX SL Wagon 04 plate from a dealer for 13k and got 1k back for my knackered Brachetta (torn hood, cracked body work etc). Thought that was a good deal as it included the rest of the Subaru warranty plus the difference for the remainder of the year, 30k service & MOT when due as well as sorting out the alloys.
