Anyone been on a Prodrive Live/Drive Day?

Just had an invite, to their proving ground; seem to get to drive varoius Scoobs, see a rally car etc.

anyone done one, and any good?

worth the £250 asking price??

Did one in November..... great fun

Bacon butties on arrival, high speed track, skid pans, lunch, rally stage, 4 x 4 then home....

Learn't a bit, but more fun than learning TBH

Superb for the price! although it can be boring for your guest!

 

Well worth the money, fantastic day out really good fun. I was also out on one in November. Would go again!

Well worth it IMHO I paid far more to use my Car there. Prodrive are excellent Hosts and you will learn somethings aswell, I love the Skid pan

Do you get to drive a rally car or do they just drive you round in one?

 

On the tarmac rally stage they use a new standard STi, WRX and a wagon.... you get to play on the same section in all three cars......

At the end the instructor takes you round in the STi, it's at that point you realise you can't drive them anywhere near their limit
