A question for Mr. Webmaster.... Calling all Girls what do you think?

Mr Webmaster
Just a thought, as there are so many of us girls on here now what is the possibility of having our own section?
Headed Up :- We Mean Business!
Would like to know what the other girls think?

gawd you guys.. you've taken it all the wrong way....
this is already a male forum.. which is cool... my idea was just a thought... not an 'let's exclude the guys' just a small section... like all the others.. as scooby women are growing in number ..
was just an idea that's all...

Yeah I agree Sal
Having a Girls Forum would be positive discrimination and would alienate us from the male side of the community I like Scoobynet just as it is...........

Oh my god, are you telling me that this is a Scoobie site? I thought that anyone could join in. Suppose I ought to join the Volvo and Citroen club then.
PS - As a female, there is no point having your own girlie only forum, as this will not stop the guys joining in. So it would a bit pointless really.

I can see where Pen is coming from. A kinda ladies room where Scoobynet women could go off in pairs ; leaving us blokes wondering what on earth they're gassing about.
Just like real life then and one step closer to scoobynet becomming a 'virtual' pub.

Only a pint, we serve quarts in here you big wuss
Back on topic.
It was a fair suggestion by Pen, but keeping the men out would be difficult. Scoobynet is'nt set up to handle 'members' only forums very well. Can you imagine letting this lot into the ladies room

Can't see it working? Exlude guys from posting but allow them to read? Not really going to harvest the community spirit hey?
How about a Topless Girls Only section - may arouse ....a bit more interest

true skunk, so true. remember the drooling when some bird was posting about being a model or summat. you could almost sense everyone sucking their guts in and puffing out their chests ...LMAO
seriously though, how about this. if women want their own section, to talk scooby stuff, then why not dedicate a section on CLEANING the subaru impreza to 'em? they can discuss j cloths and air fresheners all day long

true skunk, true.
how about a forum for women that lets them discuss ways of tightening their belts and demanding less housekeeping so we can spend more on mods. now that IS a benefit to this community

Sorry but, it is chuff a male board
I'm all for equal rights wotnot as long as it's EQUAL, I'm sick of hearing certain women saying we want more of this, to be able to do that but we want this all to our selves!
It's a very refreshing change to hear the likes of Chelle and Sal

Y?
Has the world gone PC mad? If the forum is just for Girls does it mean that chaps cannot view it/post in it? again Y, what is the point.
Yes lest continue this further
JKust a chaps forum, perhaps an under 5'8" for the 'shorter' or is it vertically challenged' driver
Perhaps a hetrosexual male forum, only to be viewed/posted in by 'straights'
Lets just get on with it!
Paul - Male 35 - Hetrosexual - 6' and 16 stone (did i forget a fatties forum)

Lets just get on with it!
I had enough of a 'women only' thing at school, all handbags and high heels (not saying that a 'women only' forum on scoobynet would be all 'wot colour's your handbag?' etc...more like 'how big are your wheels? etc')
LOL @ all of Spudguns comments

A suggestion
If you thinks a womens forum is such a good idea then why not start your own BBS.
Segregation like this is the last thing a good, balanced & fun BBS like Scoobynet needs
