It does say that it should be reapplied every month or saw, so I would guess that it would gradually disappear if the vinegar / meths trick doesn't work.
Out of curiosity why do you want to remove it? I think it's great stuff - big improvement in visability (particularily noticeable over the last few weeks).

I'm just fed up with the juddering wipe blades, and it's not very good in the misty rain, I think it's great in proper rain, proper droplets but in misty stuff crap!
I did leave it the other year on my previous car (Cavalier Turbo)with just one coating and it was still on it working 8 months later and many many washes!

I've noticed the juddering blades a couple of time when it's very light rain - but I've put up that
There's me faithfully reapplying the stuff every month and it looks like I've been conned
In that case I think I would go with the meths trick!

The best way to remove it is to use a glass polish. RainX does make a glass polish. It took me a while to find the stuff so you may not be able to find it in the UK. I biught the polish to clean off the embedded grim on the windshield.

Chandler,
If i remember right, halfords do a make of rain repellent that has a "pre-clean" solution that goes with it, that removes the old dirt/grease/rain repellent. Only looked at the stand briefly a couple of weeks ago but it may be worth a trip to a store to see what they have.
Cheers
