Default Soundproofing

Has any one got any suggestions on cabin soundproofing. I.E. What to use, where i can get it and how much. Put a decat mid section on and a backbox. Think im suffering from tinnitus.

Thanks in advance
Mal

There was a long thread over on NASIOC Wagon Exhaust Drone & Sound Deadening - How Much Does it Help? - NASIOC

where I outlined my own attempts at solving this problem...

Short answer: Teklite self-adhesive foam from Elemental Designs, check on ebay.
