Got reversed into last night...........
The bloke next door reversed into the front wing of my scooby last night!, He is a mate and and at least told me! all this happend in the local pub car park............... He has excepted blame and the insurance is happy......
The car has got to go into the bodyshop on tuesday for a quote, Does anyone want to hazzard a guess as to the cost of the repair?
The front wing is dented as you can see, with paint falking off, but the plastic bumper is also scratched, Any ideas out of interest?
I'll post up the cost when I know it,

The wing shouldnt be repaired because the swage line is damaged: also a new wing costs much less then the labour to repair would be. With regards to the bumber Id have him (the point here is the cost of him to repair without claiming Im guessing?) pay 'LittleLnocks' to repair it as itll cost much less than abodyshop will want to mess about with the whole panel.

Don't know about your mate, but my excess is £350, plus they'll whack at least 10% on his premium for the next few years. Almost certainly cheaper to keep quiet and sort it yourselves.

Some twonk opened their door as I was driving past their car last year. Your damage looks very similar to that on my car. It cost around £600 for the claim, plus hire car while mine was away in the body shop. Just hope the repair is as good on yours as was done on mine!
