what thickness is the aluminium, i have access to a high definition plasma cutter, which can cut upto 12mm thick.
i am also local to you being in batley - send me the details and i,ll see what i can do.
i also have several contacts in the laser cutting business if you think the plasma cut finish may not be good enough

Thumbs up

i have a few lasers that can cut up to 5mm of aluminium in sheet form.

I wouldnt use a plasma cutter though, as the finish and accuracy arent very good.

A laser will give you an accuracy of 0.01mm and an even greater repeatability.
