Post SPARK PLUGS ADVICE

Evening every1,

I got a UK spec Impreza 2000 which is on a 98 plate R reg & is due a service within the next few days.

I've come across some HKS spark plugs for them which are ment to be very good and long lasting, i wanted to know if i can use the rest off Subaru service parts apart from the spark plugs and use the after market HKS spark plugs on them.

Will the car be able to handle it or will the car react really funny and course problems for me?

Is your car modified at all?
My UK 97 ran HKS for a while. No difference at all except for the silly price tag that came with these. NGK's will do the same job and cost you less.

The also have a habbit of failing! Basically, the electrode breaks off, enters the chamber and then bounces up and down under compression, 5000 times a minute, destroying the engine.
Just buy NGK 6B's for £25. They last for 45,000miles.
