In my local town this weekend and saw 2 novas one white one black following each other around and around, not unusally except they both had Subaru bonnet scoops. Now i am very lucky and can aford a Subaru with scoop, and i'm sure they love thier cars but it did look fuuny. Just want to know what they were so keen to keep cool.
Also saw a scoop on a Honda Prelude.Any body else seen scoops that seem to have jumped brands??????

I heard of a Micra with one in Guildford, though I haven't seen it myself.

You can buy the scoops (apparently in different sizes) from Halfords, bless them! A lad (17) that goes to the same mountain bike shop that I do was going on about getting one for his car, a Punto.

I saw a scoop on an Escort Cabo (old old shape - boxy one), colour silvery blue near Duston Northampton on Sunday morning.

Ok, I agree fake scoops are pointless and look quite naff. But I also think we should be a little careful because our own beloved Subaru's have 2 vents on the bonnet that are blanked off ie. just for show.

Saw one on a neighbour's cavalier. And the 'holes' were just painted on And it had a couple of Cossie bonnet 'vents' on there as well. Laugh? What do you think! Though it wasn't as funny as the last time I saw him - he'd just smashed the rear side window of a Ford Focus. From the inside. And the car in question was white with orange stripes and blue lights on top...

Best/worse i've seen is a white Hyundai Accent with Scooby scoop, what looks like a MY00 boot spoiler, tints and about 13" alloys. Oh dear suppose it takes all sorts!
