RLE has a Revolution on his - I like it, not too loud but still amplifies the flat 4 burble

The Magnex looks remarkably similar to a British Army 26 pounder artillery piece !!

I've got the Prodrive WR Sport , quiet yet "burbly". Magnex seem to be well thought of, as are H & S (my centre pipe is H & S).

Don't be so sure that the Magnex in the picture is quiet. I know for a fact that the EVO version of that exhaust is quite loud, being close to the volume of a Blitz, according to a mechanic who fitted one for someone on the MLR forum. I guess Magnex must have their reasons for selling a bung for it (see the hole in the bottom of the tailpipe).... There is also a version of that Magnex (5 inch slash cut tail pipe) with an oval back box and that is a bit quieter but still much louder than stock. Some quiet exhausts I know of include the HKS Silent Hi-Power and the Fujutsubo RM01A.

I love my APS system (4" Internal diameter - Turbo back with a 4.5" tailpipe). I have the racing cat in place (makes it just that bit more refined) and have left the full de-cat in it's box - but for the full WRC effect you need a decat!

I've got a Magnex system front cat back with rear decat and 6*4inch oval back box. Doesn't look too big and one of the quietest non Subaru exhaust systems I've heard.

I am not sure I'd call a Miltek quiet either ... although it is reasonably so up to around 4.5k revs (c.94db) ... However, if you unleash the beast and then it roars up to about 103db (although mine has peeked at 107db) making the 'bung' essential if you're tracking ... fortunately without any (?) loss of performance.

nb mines a twin scroll so they are louder apparently, but I do love it's note ...

my miltek is supurbly quiet... passes drive by noise at bedford and is quiet for static tests on track days... and still has a nice burble and is not loud at all when drving on the motorway...

82db static at 4.5K

not anything like the figures above

mine is an early model so has a smaller tail pipe and doesn't require bungs etc!!

looks good Fizz, altho I think the later ones have a bigger tailpipe so perhaps they've fiddled with the baffles a bit as well?
